What is the delivery time of my order?

When you place an order at Luno Manchester, the delivery time may differ slightly from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer our products at competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).


What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

Due to the high demand for our products, it is possible that your order arrives a little later than expected. We appreciate your patience.

We will look into the status of your package for you.


How can I exchange or return my order?

We will then send you the return address and instructions. Once confirmed, you may send the product back through a courier of your choice.

You have a 14-day return period, which starts from the day you receive your order.
