Return Policy – Luno Manchester

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us. Once the return has been received in good condition, you will be refunded the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.

Only the return shipping costs—from your home to our warehouse—are at your own expense. For exact rates, please check the website of your chosen carrier.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to us with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging.
